Two amazing things happened to me today. First, I got a email from Communication Arts Magazine saying that I was selected to be a featured artist for the Communication Arts Student Showcase, which will appear in the March/April 2015 issue! They chose four pieces to be featured and from what I read I believe I get a double spread in the magazine! Secondly, my illustration was chosen for the Eco Art PGH: Visions of a Sustainable Pittsburgh art show on November 13th at the Opera House in Pittsburgh! Its presented by Ziggy Sawdust and the office of senator Jim Ferlo. A huge thank you to Ziggy Sawdust for informing me about the contest. Also, I want to give a big thank you to everyone in my life that has supported my work thus far, my family, my friends, my teachers and fans of my work. I really appreciate all the advise and guidance that I have received.
