Two citizens martyred, 40 others injured of #Car_bomb blast in al-#Ahram Street in Homs Oct 24, 2013 Homs, (#SANA)- A terrorist car bomb exploded in al-Ahram Street near al-Nuzha roundabout, Homs, claiming the lives of two citizens and the injury of 40 others, among them women and children, SANA reporter said Thursday. Homs governor, Talal al-Barazi visited the explosion site, affirming that targeting civilians is a clear indication of bankruptcy, especially that the attack happened in a bustling residential and commercial neighborhood as the schoolchildren were just leaving schools. Al-Barazi also visited the injured citizens who were admitted to al-Nahda Hospital, stressing that the Syrian people have the will and determination to confront all forms of terrorism. The injured citizens affirmed that such terrorist acts wont keep them from living their normal lives or discourage them from confronting terrorism. Terrorist attack against school in #Homs A shell fired by terrorists hit al-Farabi School in Bab Sbaa neighborhood in Homs city. An official source told SANA that the shell hit the fuel tank in the school and set it on fire, causing no injuries.
