Its been a rough few days and I am grateful to all my guys and gals who looked out for me recently Mad Props for being great friends and kind strangers. I feel less embarrassed about last night and more compassionate that I was scared and forgive myself for making an ass of myself.... le sigh.... I am so grateful I left and kept that violence for myself yet really grateful someone bear hugged me so I didn;t break my hand.... the healing will serve to remind me to continue to follow that flight instinct when I think im going to lash out. Also someone apologized for some Apple Blossom drama that basically ended friendships over text and it reminded me that people can surprise you and that I am really bad at talking about my feelings.....I get all flustered and lose my words....this is a new development and im not sure why.... ok contemplation over....thanks for listening Facebook peoples
