Two heavy vehicles collide near Marulan Wednesday, 15 October 2014 05:14:06 PM Inquiries are continuing after a two heavy vehicle crash near Marulan this morning (Wednesday 15 October 2014). About 8.30am a semi trailer and b-double, both travelling north, on the Hume Highway have collided. The driver of the semi trailer, a 37-year-old Bargo man, was trapped in the wreckage. He was released by personnel from The Hume Local Area Command Police Rescue and airlifted to Canberra Hospital for further medical checks. The b-double driver, a 43-year-old Lavington man, was not hurt in the crash.
