Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to do a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I felt I was worn-out. I am not the guy who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I felt all my strength was used up. I did this painful morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the result wasn’t obvious. I must let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can give up now and I will suggest you an simple, commodious and valid way which I have used.
