Two months ago, yall saw me welcome one of my oldest (yeah, shes turning 30 before me so I mean oooooooolllllllddddddddest) friends to my team. Took her long enough but shes always been a little stubborn! Now, I dont want this going to her head-its been my job to keep her humble for like 15 years now, but I do have to brag for a sec! At the end of November she earned our companys $500 guarantee. Basically, just for doing your job, the company will guarantee you at least $500 in your first 60 days. I use the term earned loosely because she blew $500 out of the water (by like hundreds) so the company didnt even get the chance to make up the difference to her. Over-achiever much?
