Two plump ladies Mandy Wood and Yvonne Tana went on a road trip - TopicsExpress

Two plump ladies Mandy Wood and Yvonne Tana went on a road trip north over Christmas and decided their own back yard the Kaipara had its own special talent, the wild food and the people that hunt, gather and cook it. They both love cooking and eating food and the way it brings people together which lead to the decision to write a blog to establish and celebrate this unspoiled area. All you hunters out there how about helping out a little by offering a little of your hunt, not a lot, we don’t want a whole pig or venison on the door step, just enough to cook a meal to take photos of it and alright we will eat it too, waste not want not. Wild Kai required: Pig, Venison, Goat, Possum, Rabbit, Duck, Turkey, Pheasant, Eel, Trout, Mullet, Snapper, [any fish really] shell fish and anything wild you know can be cooked that we may not know about. We would also like to put your hunting pictures and story in the blog/book. We are also really keen for recipes for wild food of your own invention or your family recipe. Photos of your family especially old ones would be of interest.
