Two scenarios .............. Which characteristic have we adopted ? 1. Keeping watch on ones own shortcomings is a characteristic of the Auliyaa (Friends of Allah). 2. Seeking out other peoples shortcomings is a characteristic of the open sinners. And today the first characteristic is barely found in most of us. The second characteristic is more prevalent in most of us. *What is within us, we refuse to visualise. What is at a far distance, we are eager to look even if we have to use a binoculars. REMEDY : Keep in the company of the Auliyaa. Or any pious person. Suhbate Saaleh tura Saaleh kunad. Suhbate Taaleh tura Taaleh kunad. (Good company makes you Good.
