Two tragic scenes that will go down in Canadian History: A soldier, who has served our country, having been shot and killed tragically in front of our National War Memorial; and our representatives in Government have to barricade themselves, by stacking chairs and tables, into our House of Commons, the place that has represented our democracy and defined our nation throughout history. Every day people are tragically killed in numerous ways, and my thoughts go out to each and every one of them, but this is a scene that directly attacks the democracy of our Country. Godspeed.
