Two types of tempo (mostly) strict dips. Holding at the top and bottom on the left, controlled up and down on the right. Dips are one of my worst gymnastic movements- probably due to the wires holding my sternum shut, but also because theyve always been a weakness. Since they are half of a muscle-up (my favorite) Ive gotta learn to love them!
