Two weeks ago today I had a major health scare!! I want to thank all of you who have reached out with words of concern, encouragement & support!!! So fortunate to have an amazing husband, loving kids & fabulous friends & extended family who have taken wonderful care of me!! I have been resting and my recovery is going smoothly. Most of all I want to encourage everyone to be mindful of your bodies!! If you feel like something is wrong get it checked out!! Nobody knows their body better than you do!! ❤️Heart disease is the #1 killer in WOMEN more deadly than all forms of cancer, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year!!! Thats approximately 1 woman every minute!!! Im 45 years old, had no risk factors & it happened to me! I blew off my symptoms several times and finally I did something just in time... I had a heart attack & 95% blockage of my main artery!!! I am very grateful to be alive!! Hug your loved ones extra today & everyday!! XoxoRorie
