Two years since my back surgery today. Im So glad I had it done and even more glad I still do strength exercise to keep the pain levels down. They say it takes two years for the donor bone to heal. I dont know whos bones they used but I want to say THANK YOU to donors and their families everywhere because without your GIFTS I would still be physically, mentally and emotionally miserable. When we donate of ourselves we are giving the gift that can only be honored by better living, honor the love you have been given.
