Typical Government family tree Minister is a person voted in by the people on a five year contract and takes the flak for not pleasing everybody Chief Executive person who is responsible for Directors mistakes. On few occasions is praised by the public for a job well done. Directors are responsible for the running of their departments and are often mislead by managers and take the blunt. Managers hold meetings to prove they are achieving goals. They have little to do with the bottom of the tree and take the word of others wishing to feather their own nests. Most if the time are in meetings. Supervisors see the day to day running of their units. Most of the time sorting day to day crap. Normally, do not rise above this role into the league of management. General worker or happy foot soldier is a person does everything does not get any praise and surpressed by the public who blame them from all of the above positions. Has no pay rises and struggles to survive the threat of redundancy as managers protect their own positions and con everyone that privatisation is the way forward. The morale of this we all get shafted at the top and the bottom of the tree while the middle survives the longest.
