Typical political waste. Throw money around blindly then refuse to maintain whatever it was they threw the money at. This isnt something Obama has a corner on, by any means. Just check the Interstate system bridges. Liberals create projects then abandon them, refusing to spend money earmarked for pet programs that are rife with fraud and abuse. Oh, and they dont spend any money to prosecute the fraud, preferring to throw more stimulus money at the program.
