Summary of Technical Specifications/Data: • Fixtures should retain the same knock-out sizes and positions as the models being replaced. • Mounting hardware to be included. • The items being sought are replacements for Eiko product numbers: Eiko C0820-PT-45W-40K-W (see eiko/Products.aspx?ProductIndex=C0820-PT-45W-40K-W for detailed specs on this Eiko product) • Volts: 120-277 VAC • Watts: 45 • Lumens: 4455 • Correlated Color Temperature (CCT): ~4100 K • Ambient Operating Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to 40°C (104°F) BUSINESS INFORMATION • This is an active project located in Missouri. • There is an immediate need for the items being sought, representing an immediate procurement opportunity. • Product delivery would need to occur prior to the end of January 2014. • 150 LED lamps are being requested. • The DOE Grantee for this project has been quoted $198/each for the non-U.S., Eiko- made items. • The Eiko items do not satisfy the DOE Buy American provisions because they are manufactured in Korea. • Warranty: LED product must be warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for at least five (5) years from date of delivery. Any defects shall be corrected by replacement of the fixture with a new fixture, or by replacement of the defective part or parts. • If alternate products are identified and submitted, a specification sheet for the proposed lamp/fixture must be provided with the response. ** NO compensation is available to MEP Centers for this Scouting Opportunity**
