U.S. Signs Agreement With Mexico to Protect Employment “Rights of Illegals” in U.S. Once again the executive branch of the federal government has acted with brazen impunity to inflict serious harm against the citizens of the United States while violating our own federal immigration laws. They are systematically depriving the citizens of our national birthright as they criminally give it away to undeserving foreign squatters in our midst. Not only are these crimes not being committed in secret, the complicit government officials hold ceremonies to celebrate their traitorous acts. One of those ceremonies was held on Friday, to recognize an the treason of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The weapon of choice for this crime against the American people was what is called a Memorandum of Understanding. It is an agreement they signed with the Mexican government, . that allows all Mexican Nationals, including and particularly those who are in the country illegally, to “exercise their workplace rights.” You might be surprised that someone who has no right to work in the United States would have workplace rights. One would think they have no rights, and should be loaded on vehicles for transport back to where they belong if discovered and their employers punished. Of course that can’t be the case; it’s just too logical. The Mexican Ambassador, Eduardo Medina Mora Icaza, wrapped some nice words around their treason, describing the MOU as being in keeping with the “core mission of this commission” and “that regardless of national origin or immigration status all workers have rights and there are processes to safeguard them.” The only reason any of these squatters have anything resembling rights in our country is because we have a complicit government that is violating our laws. They have no rights; it is an illegal, politically motivated charade and nothing more. The law takes precedent over any memorandum of understanding, and the Constitution as well as our immigration laws are clearly being violated. Those responsible, many of them attorneys themselves, know this and are clearly making a conscious decision to violate the law. Jail terms for all of them are in order. The Mexican Ambassador described the illegality being perpetrated by saying, “This is what makes this country so great.” It’s fitting that a representative of a corrupt country such as Mexico would be in awe of the level of blatant criminality that is the Obama regime. He is wrong about it being what makes our nation great though, it is what is degrading and weakening us, making us more like our enemy to the south, his grimy outlaw nation of Mexico. Laden with double-speak, the memorandum declares the overall objective to be, in part, the establishment of collaborative relationship to provide illegal Mexicans in the U.S. with an education as to their “workplace rights.” It’s an invitation to lawsuits and an opportunity to structure a legal bailout to lawlessness by design based upon an announced interpretation. They cite legislation aimed at protecting the rights of American citizens as a justification for their actions in spite of the fact that Mexicans, not Americans. These are just politically motivated illegalities of the sort for which the Obama regime has become infamous. Those acts include: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, Title 1 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act of 2008. Illustrating the absurdity of this action and our non-enforcement policies in general, Kimberly Smith-Brown of the EEOC affirmed that they were knowingly assisting lawbreakers, saying, “Yes, under federal law, it is illegal for employers to hire undocumented workers.” She added, “However, when someone does come to us with a complaint, we will assist them with their claim. “The EEOC does not ask the documentation status of anyone that comes to our offices,” Smith-Brown said. “An undocumented worker is afforded the same protections under the law as everyone else.” That would seem to make Smith-Brown an accessory. This has gone way beyond a lack of enforcement to the point of advocacy. It has also gone beyond the point of being serious, it’s a national crisis.
