The judges include musician Buddy Zabala of the Eraserheads; Historian Michael “Xiao” Chua; NHCP Executive Director Ludovico Badoy; Office of Hon. Sen. Bam Aquino’s Chief-of-Staff Ms. Georg Nava; NYC Commissioner and NOC Chair Perci Cendaña; NYC Chair and CEO Leon G. Flores III; SM’s Youth and Children Committee Head Roy Cabuñag; student judge Tetay Mendoza; and Bonifacio descendant Atty. Gary Bonifacio. The awarding ceremony is on November 29, 2013 at 6 o’clock in the evening at the SM San Lazaro in Manila. The Top Ten Winners will be performing their piece during the awarding.
