We hereby clarify that we have purchased and fully paid for the propriety rights of 100 units of Bangkok Marina Resort & Spa from its developer, Bangkok Property Co., Ltd. while not to continue the purchase of the remaining 300 units. There are two main reasons: 1) To diversify our investment portfolio and to seek for other potential investment opportunities. 2) To effectively manage our capital to maximize our investment return. UFUN is the shareholder of Bangkok Property Co., Ltd. holding 29% of its share. Bangkok Marina Resort & Spa is a very potential development project. We hope our members will fully support this project, and If the respond is good, we will purchase more units from the developer to offer to our members. Utoken is the strategic partner of UFUN but has no direct relationship with Bangkok Property Co., Ltd & Binapuri Holdings Bhd.
