UK GROUNDED SHIP: A major rescue operation was under way on Saturday after a 590-foot vehicle ship ran aground in the Solent strait near the Isle of Wight. At least 25 people were on board the Singapore-registered Hoegh Osaka ship when it left Southampton on a voyage to Germany just after 8pm on Saturday night. The Royal National Lifeboat Institution posted this footage of the successful rescue operation to Facebook on Sunday.
