UK MINISTERS ARE PULLING THE WOOL OVER THE EYES OF THE SCOTTISH - TopicsExpress

UK MINISTERS ARE PULLING THE WOOL OVER THE EYES OF THE SCOTTISH FARMERS Scottish farmers have lost out on £110 million from their own CAP budget to support the livestock sector, and £190 million in convergence uplift monies that the UK Govt refused to pass on in full to Scottish farmers. Therefore the UK Govt have cost Scottish farmers £300 million in total. This information came to rural affairs secretary Richard Lochhead, not from communications with the european commission but via MEP George Lyon who was discussing it with Farm commissioner Dacian Ciolos!! This proves Scotland farmers would be better represented with its own place at the EU negotiating table. Their is growing support amongst the farming community for the benefits of an Independent Scotland.
