UK: quick tip to improve chin ups; lets say you can do only a 2-3 or even if you can do 8, in your last reps (when you are stroggling to pull up) hold for as long as you can, aiming around 30 sec, this will help to get stronger on your next chin up session. ;-) ES: tip para mejorar en chin ups; digamos que solo puedes hacer 2-3 o igual si puedes hacer 8, en la ultima repeticion (cuando te cueste montar) monta y manten la contraccion lo mas que puedas, trata de mantener unos 30 segundos, esto te ayudara a amentar tu fuerza en la proxima secion ;-)
