UKIP differ to all the other partys at local level too. UKIP councillors are the most hard working and they arent bound by the party in any way. They do what is right for their constituents and are allowed to spend money on issues that are most important to their local community. UKIP would save money by slashing and limiting the number of high paid council positions like executives and instead plough the money into front line services, including more Police on the beat, and the return of rural bus routes which are a life saver for the elderly and infirm, living in remote areas. UKIP opposed the bedroom tax and still do though I understand this is going. UKIP believe in offering British people preference on social housing over and above foreign nationals coming here who havent payed into the system. UKIP believe in cutting red tape, expensive Quango jobs and they would also make it compulsory that foreign nationals produce their health insurance before coming in at the ports and airports. We have a National Health Service, not an International Health service and those needing treatment that are from abroad should pay for their treatment. UKIP believe in stopping expensive subsidies to landowners for inefficient Wind and Solar Farms. UKIP would save us £56 Million pounds a day by exiting the EU and stop the huge £23 Million a day in Foreign Aid that we pay out, often to countries which have their own space programs or dictators living in palaces with gold taps and toilet seats! This money saved would help front line policing, be ploughed back into fixing our broken road network, improve public transport, keep hospitals open and by stopping immigration and building only on brownfield sites which are often disused industrial areas, we would protect our beautiful countryside which is slowly being swallowed up by poor, for quick profit housebuilding which is done to house yet more immigrants, pouring in through our open borders! UKIP would scrap the ridiculously expensive and damaging HS2 and plough the money back into our transport infrastructure which would benefit everyone and be good for business, instead of just a few rich people who could afford to use it. UKIP believe too that opening up roads like the M6 Toll for everyone to use for free is the right way to go when motorists are already the most taxed as it is! UKIP would introduce a tax disc system for Foreign lorries coming in to use our roads which would work much the same as the Euro Vignette system. We feel this is only fair as at present they pound and wear our roads out for free! UKIP believe in cutting red tape and the mountain of regulation passed down from the EU onto small businesses. This strangles entrepreneurs and makes it very difficult for their businesses to grow. We need to be doing everything we can to help them and cutting green taxes and emissions taxes is another way to go. It seems frankly ludicrous that when we are wanting the economy to grow, we shouldnt be putting obstacles in the way to stop that growth and choke off those vital arteries that keep the money flowing! All in all, UKIP at local and national level are working in the very best interests of the United Kingdom. We love our country and think the best people to govern it is ourselves. The British people. We promise to work as hard as we can, to serve, to protect, to nurture and to save. For a brighter, greener and more prosperous future, please vote UKIP!
