UKRAINE Parliamentary Elections I am proud to announce that I have been chosen for the second time this year to serve as a long-term observer for the Canadian bilateral observation mission for the upcoming Ukrainian parliamentary elections. The mission is part of Canadas effort to support Ukraines democratic process to help ensure free and fair elections. It is with a sense of duty, a duty inspired by the tenacity and positivity of a nation on the cusp of achieving a stable and inclusive society, comprised of many origins that compels me to contribute my effort, however small, to help bring about a destiny so much deserved. This will be my fifth election observation mission in the post-Soviet space. I am leaving on Saturday and will be back in November. I look forward once again to sharing the experience.
