UN-LEARNING must take place in order for you to LEARN whats necessary to elevate your life. Many of us have LEARNED how to create what we DONT want. And that learning has developed our habits, attitudes, opinions, beliefs etc. But if your not where you want to be in life you have to LET GO if those things and learn a new way of living. Unlearning starts with putting your opinions & defenses down. Opening your mind. Listening. Exploring information. Separating facts from feelings and getting REAL about whats NOT working. But it also requires an enormous amount of HUMILITY & DESIRE for change. If you can commit to doing that, you can change your entire life.
