UNITE AGAINST FASCISM Britain First, the Islamaphobic neo-Nazi splinter group from the BNP, is meeting in Glasgow this Thursday, 3rd July at 8pm (during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan). Their advertised assembly point is Cessnock Underground Station. The event is said to have a £5 entry fee and include “speeches, a multimedia presentation, questions and answers and a buffet”. It is likely to be in a venue close to Cessnock Underground Station. Britain First is looking to recruit people to join its campaigns which involve attempting to harass and intimidate Muslims and other immigrants, invading mosques, stirring up racial hatred and generally blaming immigrants and Muslims for anything and everything. Britain First is not welcome here in Glasgow or anywhere else in Scotland. Unite against Fascism is calling on all anti-fascists and anti-racists to assemble for a demonstration at Cessnock Underground in Glasgow from 7pm this Thursday (3 July). Please spread the word.
