UNTIL THE REBELLION OCCURS THAT DAY WILL NOT COME (2 Thessalonians 2:3). Until the REBELLION occurs, that DAY will not come. Therefore, what is the DAY, and what is the REBELLION? The DAY is the day upon which Christ Jesus is supposed to come and rapture HIS holy ones - the true church. [1] Concerning the coming of our LORD Jesus Christ and our being gathered to HIM, we ask you, brothers, [2] not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, or report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the DAY OF THE LORD has already come (2 Thessalonians 2:1-2). This day is also called the DAY OF THE LORD. Or the Day of the Coming of Our LORD Jesus Christ. This is the Day of Rapture in modern theological terms. This DAY is elaborated on in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. Where the Holy Spirit explains to the Apostle Paul that the genuine believers in Christ Jesus shall be caught up to meet with the LORD in the air, and thus would be with the LORD forever. This event would deliver the genuine Christians from Gods coming wrath, which starts right after the RAPTURE (Read 1 Thessalonians 1:10 & 5:9-10). Now, the REBELLION, what is the rebellion? Another name for the REBELLION is The Apostasy or The Fallen Away. This is the period of time before the Rapture, often called the LAST DAYS, when all the churches of Christ Jesus will fall away or depart from the truth and follow heresies taught by men and demons and become apostate. The time when majority of Christians will follow Jezebel and her doctrines, and depart from the true doctrines in the Bible. An example of such Jezebel doctrines is the hair of the woman is a veil before God. A womans hair is a covering of beauty and glory for the man; but before God the woman needs a veil over her head including her hair. (To Be Continued).
