UPA 2 Litigation Policy Revival To Unclog Courts #India #Law The government has dug out the abandoned national litigation policy of the previous UPA-II regime for unclogging the courts and reduce the litigations involving the government departments, ministries and undertakings by settling them through arbitration and reconciliation. Union Law Minister D V Sadananda Gowda said on Wednesday that he has ordered drafting of the new policy that will be placed before the Cabinet after consultations with various ministries.
