UPDATE #3 - EAST PRECINCT OFFICERS RESPOND TO SHOOTING IN THE 4200 BLK OF S.E. 122 AVE. News Release from Portland Police Bureau Posted on FlashAlert: April 20th, 2014 4:11 PM ###UPDATE### Domestic Violence Reduction Unit Detectives have lodged Myesha Lewis-Turner, a 36 year-old female, into the Multnomah County Jail. Lewis-Turner is being charged with unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of discharging a firearm in the city. ###PPB### ###UPDATE### East Precinct officers have stabilized the scene. They do not believe that anyone has been shot but have recovered evidence and taken witness statements which lead them to believe at least one shot was fired. Officers have believe they have identified all the involved parties and do not believe there is a risk to the public at this time. Domestic Violence Reduction Unit detectives are responding to the scene to assist with the investigation. However, it is early in the investigation. One person has been detained pending the results of further investigation. Domestic violence is among the most frequent and serious forms of violent crime investigated by police.
