UPDATE (8/30/2014) : Types of rooms & Payment Methods, Greetings musicians, We would like to announce the recent developments regarding our room types & ways in which they are provided to you : (PLEASE NOTE THAT ACTUAL RATES WILL BE RELEASED VERY SOON) ---Fully Private Monthly Rooms : These rooms are good for those who would prefer to have their own permanent private space! They will be fitted & decorated by you. Meaning that it can be fitted with your own personal equipment & goodies; including drums, amps, posters and whatever else you may need to make it just as you like (certain conditions apply)… These rooms will be locked at ALL times when not being used, and are accessible 12-13 hours a day, 7 days a week ONLY by their owner. It is therefore ideal to leave gear and personal equipment in these rooms to avoid hauling them back and forth for every session. This is the pride of Jam Spot and we aim to provide ALL musicians with such rooms in the future, as we believe that every musician should have a jam room they can call their own. Payment : As of now the payment for this type of room will be in a minimum of 2-3 non refundable monthly cheques. Number of cheques and duration can be negotiated to fit your preference but advance payment per each month is non-negotiable. They can also be paid for in cash up front if that is your preference. ;-) ---Part Time Monthly Rooms : These rooms will be fitted (Drums, Amps, Mics & etc…), personal equipment cannot be kept in these rooms as they are not private. They will be rented on a monthly basis for a fixed amount of hours per month (Minimum 24 hours per month). How you decide to use these hours is completely up to you! Upon agreement hours can be either fixed and booked in advance for the entire month (suggested) or booked with a few days notice based on availability and booking of others (This is suitable for those who do not have 100% fixed jam times and would like more flexibility). Payment : The payment for this type of room will be in single monthly payments, and does not require advanced cheques or payments. There will be no refunds of unused hours at the end of the month (however remaining hours can be transferred to the next month upon agreement renewal). ---Walk-in Hourly Rooms : As the name suggests, these rooms are available to the public and can be used by simply walking in (based on availability). These rooms will be fully fitted with all the necessary equipments and are ideal for private practice, occasional band rehearsals, member auditions or even a trial run with Jam Spot. These rooms will be relatively smaller than the other options and are ideal for those who have a flexible schedule and would like to jam on the go. Payment : The payment for this type of room will be cash per hour. Please remember that the details of these rooms are subject to change until launch date.
