UPDATE: Coumadin & lovenox (Blood thinners via shot) have been started to TRY & dissolve a blood clot in the carotid artery to prevent it from traveling to the brain. Heparin (blood thinner via IV) was stopped due to risk of increase bleeding of the clot in the brain. Mom has more movement in her lower left side but her arm is flaccid. Vital sign are stable. Mom is doing better but she is still very confused. She wants to get up and walk but she cant. Her mood flunctuates very often. She knows she had a stroke in Maryland but sometimes says we are in bonifay. She LOVES her physical therapist because they got her up today and she was able to stand with assistance to test her strength in her left leg. Her brain is set on getting better which is good. My mother is still in need of a miracle but God is definitely working in the situation. We are thankful and humble. Our God is able.
