UPDATE: How refreshing it was this morning as I was reading the Zambian news to see this quote from a Zambian Parliament Member regarding the AIDS problem: "When we were growing up, let me tell you, there were no condoms, but we controlled ourselves. This life of condoms is a cause of so many deaths in society today. There is a lot of indiscipline among the youth. You need to control yourselves. Remember the ABC concept of fighting HIV/AIDS, you must replace ‘C’ with Christ not condoms." Luapula Province Minister Benson Kapaya
