UPDATE: Macchia (finally) Ate her Dinner of Baked Fish! Yeah!! At this Time, Macchia is NOT Producing Enough Milk, Most Likely due to the Fact that she hasnt been Eating Very Well. The Boys are doing Well, although 3 of them have Lost between 2-5 Grams in 24 Hours. Scooter did Very Well and he Gained 12 Grams. (Baby-Babies SHOULD Gain between 20 - 40 Grams every 24 Hours, but it is NOT Uncommon for them to Lose in the Ffirst Day.) The Boys ARE getting Milk, and are NOT Fussy, and Sleep Soundly. I will Continue to Monitor Macchias Milk in the Next Few Hours. If her Milk Supply doesnt Increase, she will get Subcutaneous LRS to Hydrate her and make her Feel Better and then in Return - Eat More. I will also give her some Pepcid orally to reduce Stomach Acid - if there is any. Her Temperature is Normal and she Continues to get her Pains Meds and Antibiotics. I will Weigh the Boys again at 3 am (which will be 12 hours since I Last Weighed them at 3 p.m.). If They have Lost any Grams (even 1 gram) - I will Supplement Them with Colostrum and Formula via Stomach Tube, which is a LOT Easier than Syringe Feeding and can be Completed in a Matter of 20-30 Seconds. Ill Update again Overnight.
