UPDATE: No meetings with Union Officials are scheduled at this time. GET officials are prepared to return to negotiations at any time. Arbitration was also discussed during negotiations and GET officials conveyed to the union negotiating team that the District was open to arbitration at any time. Binding arbitration means both sides agree to an arbitrator. The arbitrator would hear both sides present their cases and make a decision that is binding. During the arbitration period, employees would return to work. GET regrets the difficulties this dispute has caused its customers. CUSTOMER PASSES GET will replace all passes (31 Day, Disabled, Summer Youth) when service resumes.
