The civil violation notice was for improperly disposing of the cats which is a $500.00 fine. The warning was issued for failing to properly identify the traps that were being used on the property. I advised Ms. Branca of the trapping ordinance and supplied her with a copy. I will be following up with the owner of the Miami River in to determine if cats are still being traped.
