UPDATE: Oh so close! After packing on 3.2 lbs last week I dropped 4 lbs this week (removed the snacking and now am only logging calories and not exercise into Myfitnesspal). This brings me .7 lbs away from my goal!!! Had yesterday been Friday I would have met my goal. Ill get there plus some next week. I have amassed 141.21 miles of my 500 (28.24%) and were not even 1/4 through the year. Im hoping to knock out a lot more before the baby comes in July; I can see my routine breaking down for a bit as we adjust to inconsistent sleep patterns. I definitely find myself losing more weight on days I walk (duh) over days that I lift. It is more of a 2 steps forward, 1 step back scenario - progress none-the-less. It is important to analyze your methods occasionally and to tweak them if necessary. While we may be doing something, a small little change could lead to even better results. Its working smarter, not harder. Have a great week everyone and I look forward to reading your updates!
