UPDATE: On the House..... well, Friday we talked to the sellers about closing the sale at the end of this week. She informed me that if we change our mind for whatever reason, there are 24 people who also put in an offer in case we back out. 24 people! No pressure. LOL! On Saturday morning we met with dear friends Chris Smith and Rhonda G Schwab who are with ABLE Construction in Tacoma. They brought their friend Gabriel who specializes in Historic Home rehab. When Chris said you may want to sit down when we give you the news.... my heart sunk a little. So the good news......we have a GEM! Stunning home that will not be a black hole. For every dollars we put into it we WILL get back in equity. However, the cost to get everything restored will add up quickly. All the repairs will be fairly easy to do though and that is also good news. No ripping out walls. and they loved the foundation. So I had cold feet big time yesterday at just hearing everything that has to be done, but Yvonne and the contractors were very excited at how beautiful she will be when she is finished. Fred opened the house for us and he had known Irene all his life. He said she was delightful, and very big into natural medicine and healing yourself through prayer. Fred always had to bring a doctor to her because she refused to go to the hospital. So it is no surprise that she arranged for us to be the new owners. Deep breath! We will keep you posted to when we will have our PRE- work open house. We have begun to call in our Ancestors, guides and angels into the house. In some of the photos we see the orbs beginning to show up in the rooms.
