In October this year I took the opportunity to re-sit the EFT level 1 & 2 and Matrix ReImprinting Course in Bournemouth with Karl Dawson. It was really good to take the course again and to learn more, and confirm what I already know. Always good to hear Karl and this experiences and thoughts on using these tools to help people. Then, in November I went to Torrevieja in Spain to learn about Faster EFT with Robert Smith the originator of Faster EFT. Another amazing experience which I am glad I took part in. Faster EFT has given me the tools to get back in control of things - to have the choice again in how I choose to feel about things. A really powerful tool that I have been using on myself and to also help other people get back in control. Robert has taken the things that work from other things such as NLP, Hypnosis, EFT, language to really come up with an awesome tool to help people - very powerful. I then lectured about Energy Psychologies to the Dorset NLP Forum which as ever was an awesome opportunity to put into practice what I know and understand. I plan to do the relevant training this year to get official status on EFT and Matrix ReImprinting an also to do the work for moving onto Faster EFT level 2.
