UPDATE: Police have released the names of the drivers involved in this morning accidents on the trial, which sent 3 construction workers to the hospital. They say Mike S. Barr of Oak Harbor, Ohio fell asleep at the wheel of a semi truck and barreled into construction crews. About an hour later police say a Jeep driven by Scott E.
