UPDATE: SECOND CARDIO-CATH TODAY Good afternoon everyone, I have just spoken to Richard and he has informed me that he is waiting for a second Cardio-Cath this afternoon. His surgeon has presented some concern as to the previous images. The surgeon expressed excellent considerations for repair of the septum with the myectomy and likelihood of saving the mitral valve. Concerns arise for the papillary muscles and the previous bypass. The purpose of this second Cardio-Cath is to obtain additional imagining for these areas of concern as well as to rule out any blockages beyond the bypass.
