** UPDATE ** There has been some issues about Phone calls... and more specifically-- Reports of not receiving call backs. And here is where I think its going wrong... We have recently Upgraded our Phone System to make sure we are most effectively receiving and responding to our Loyal Customers. Now, here is the issue--- Until our Phone # ( 717-681-9610 ) is ported over to the new system .... It will show up on your caller ID as a ( 201-608-0932 ) number. So... I think when people see this they automatically think who is this? im not answering this weird #. Which I probably would do the same thing... Now, if you have your voicemail set up - not a big deal, as long as you check it. But... If you dont know this 201 # and dont have your voicemail set up, most likely youre thinking its just a tele marketer or something. Never really knowing that we have called you, and most likely many many times. SO.... if you see a 201 # please answer it or have a voice mail set up... Sorry for any inconvenience but this will all be back to normal within a few weeks. As soon as the 717-681-9610 # completely ports over. Thanks Jordan
