***UPDATE*** (This information comes directly from management at the ASC from correspondence today so please do not shoot the messenger) All the pools are tested 3 times a day according to the OSHA standards and we do have all the proper health and safety procedures. The reporting on all the pools readings (3 times per day) all turn out to be of an excellent water quality and all filters are crystal clear and are kept that way on a daily base, this is very crucial to us all because of the huge density of pool users on a daily base - the pools would be closed immediately if this was not the case. The rooms have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected right away and our fitness center and all equipment is cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis. As far as the Doctors and Hospital on the Island, these are under the inspection of the Ministry of Health of the Aruban government regarding all standards including sanitation of their areas. Having said that we will take precautionary steps against this specific mentioned Doctor. We did not receive any other Owner or guest reporting in sick after visiting one of our pools or fitness center. I also would like our Owners to know that we will and always make sure that the health and well being of all those visiting the Aruba Surf Club is our top priority and that we take all the precautions and measurements to do this on a constant base. I fully understand the concern of our Owners, if this is stated on the Facebook site, but it also worries me as it almost seems that as the water quality of our pools is not good and this is absolutely not the case.
