This gorgeous, sweet lhasa came wandering into a good samaritans garage this week and when she saw the HUGE MASS on his abdomen, she rushed him to the vet. It is not a mass, but a HUGE, inguinal hernia caused by a severe trauma. You can see the HUGE lump hanging off his belly - his intestines have slipped through a rip in the stomach wall and are floating around in that hernia. There is a serious risk of the intestines becoming strangulated and if they do, he may die. He is set to see the GCVS surgeon on MONDAY for URGENT surgery.
