UPDATE: We have a copy of the volume imaged to a single drive which we are attempting to get connected via USB for data recovery purposes. We are experiencing technical difficulties with this which are not being quickly resolved because: . the data recovery services engineer is not available after business hours; . I work most afternoons through the week; . there is a three--communications lag due to the active involvement of all of us in the recovery. We are ALL being very tender with the drive and server while this process unfolds as we dont want to ham-hand or fat-finger anything. So bear with us peeps, it is happening at a tortured snails pace, but it is happening. Ive just emailed the engineer, but I dont expect to hear from him until tomorrow.
