UPDATE: We just got done talkin to her main Dr while here. The MRI looked great as far as formation of the brain. Everything is developing size wise as it should. The CT and ultrasound of stomach showed that all blood flow and vessels is good and no abnormalities there. All the most common issues like in her case are negative and or normal which is good. Some of the typical issues 1 being Cancer is NOT a cause or reason. Her bone marrow is good. This means though that they have to continue to research and test more. Her being in the hospital is enabling them to get all the testing done faster than one appt after another. The bad news is there is so much still unknown. Her spleen and feeding issues are priority over other issues. Also we will have to be educated and trained to deal with her using a feeding tube when she comes home. This is needed to ensure she is able to get all nutrients needed to thrive. She will likely need it at least for a couple months. We are still waiting for neurology to see her and go over tests but appears as though it could be a neurological issue. Will give more info as we get it.
