UPDATE and THOUGHTS from Hope~~~ Moyamoya syndrome is what jordan has. This is a life long syndrome this surgery is not a fix he will spend the rest of his life going to drs and taking medicine and having test the hope is that this surgery works (we will not know for up to two years ) If the surgery worked it will make the chance of a stroke less then the chance of a stroke happening now was. This really is something we have no control over. We have to put all are faith into God that he will live a long happy life. I dont always feel like people understand how hard it is to go through this stuff with your kids, he is strong and so are we but i hate seeing him suffer, it can really break your heart. we are so lucky to have so much support from family and friends. Tonight jordan said to me he dosnt want people to think hes a freak and my heart broke because this kid really has a heart of gold he would give his shirt off his back to a stranger if they needed it. I have watched him over the years be friends with the kids that get picked on and stick up for them. My hope is pay it forward, that if he needs someone to stick up for him they will! We get to go home tomorrow and i feel blessed more then anyone will ever know and i know jordan is happy!! Everyone has made him feel so good we read him the post and the cards, he love them all so much and i want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart with out all of you we would not be as strong as we are so Thank You and God Bless!
