UPDATE: continued prayers for my mom. Found out today all tests and scans came back good on my mom except they did find she has fluid in the pericardium (sac around the heart). First the cardiologist said he wanted to do a procedure that would take the fluid out and then run tests to see where it was coming from. After consulting with colleagues the cardiologist has decided to do a heart catheter tomorrow to check to make sure no blockage and see what could be going on. If blockage found then bypass surgery would be next step. So knowing this now about the fluid it makes sense why she passed out and needed CPR. The fluid filled the sac and that constricted the heart from doing what it needed to. Its so hard on me because I cant be there being close to my due date and having doctor appts left and right. Im always the one in the family to take charge and be there when something is going on with my parents. I must say Im so proud of my brother because him and my dad switch out staying with my mom. My brother has never liked hospitals and has a thing about germs. So Im very proud hes taking over for me!
