Sheriffs Office Posted on FlashAlert: July 30th, 2014 5:19 PM Hwy 99 in the City of Amity is now open for regular traffic. Captain Dennis Marks will be sending out media release shortly describing the incident. For further questions contact Dennis Marks at the McMinnville Police Department. Hwy 99 in the City of Amity is currently closed between Rice Lane and Rosedell Avenue. The Yamhill County Sheriffs Office, City Of McMinnville Police Department, and City of Amity Police Department are actively investigating a threat made to a local citizen. As further information develops an updated release will come out. Members of the community are asked to take optional routes around the area.
