Brannan extended his condolences to Dinkheller’s wife, children, and entire family. 13WMAZ reports Brannan said life in prison had been very rough on him and he welcomed his execution. PTSD and Bi-Polar Disorder! 100% Disabled. Off his medication. A tragedy. These are severe disorders. I can tell you all about PTSD. Two wrongs just dont add up to justice. Is America really a civilized nation? Does the State have the right to murder, because thats what a State sponsored execution is: MURDER. Something non-LEOs just dont understand: working traffic is the most dangerous of all uniformed assignments. You never know who yourre dealing with. Being mentally ill is not a choice those of us who are in pain have made. This is a terrible tragedy and a miscarriage of justice.
