UPDATED customer information regarding cancelled tickets for In the Night Garden Live in Glasgow We understand that people who havent received emails or texts from us are concerned and want to make sure their tickets are still valid. As a result of a capacity restriction imposed by Glasgow City Council, we have had to cancel some (but not all) tickets for the following performances. PLEASE NOTE: only SOME tickets at the following performances are cancelled. The majority of bookings for these performances are still valid. Mon 1 Sep 12pm Mon 1 Sep 2pm Wed 3 Sep 2pm Thu 4 Sep 2pm Fri 5 Sep 12pm Fri 5 Sep 2pm Sat 6 Sep 12pm Sat 6 Sep 2pm Sun 7 Sep 2pm No other performances are affected by the ticket cancellations. Customers affected by the cancellations are being given a full refund, and a free rebooking to an alternative date. At about 1pm yesterday we sent an email and text message to affected customers using the addresses and mobile numbers provided at the time of booking. There are a very small number of customers who provided neither an email address nor a mobile phone number - we are trying to contact them by landline. By mistake we sent the cancellation notification email and text to a number of customers whose tickets werent affected. We sent a second email and text to those customers about an hour later explaining our mistake and reassuring them that their tickets were still valid. Once again, we are truly sorry for the worry and uncertainty caused to everyone, and for the huge disappointed for those whose tickets are affected.
