ARGUELLES, D.D. & Archbishop of Lipa Chancery Office of the Archbishop San Sebastian Cathedral Parish Lipa City,Philippines Dear Excellencies, This pastoral care using the Diocese of Balayan and the indelible collegial character of Doctor of Divinity in today’s feast of MARY MAGDALENE with the STATE OF NATION ADDRESS (SONA) of tour beloved His Excellency PRESIDENT BENIGNO SIMEON AQUINO, III of the Republic of the Philippines being BACHELOR in preparations to the PRIOPHESY why the next PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS is another BACHELOR who will be the PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES is important today in respect to the AQUINO & MARCOS Family as far as Political Systems and the History of the Philippine Context is concerned for the year 2016. Let deepen why it is true of what our beloved PRESDIENT is urging for our people and even to the STUDENTS OF ATENEO UNIVERSITY in terms of NATION BUILDING even in respect to our different groups who will conducting their rallies to expressed their own observations and concerns to the real situations of the NATION as far as FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION is also concerned. That is why the STATE OF THE NATION ADDRSSED as pastoral care today July 22, 2013 in his campaign logo “ Sa Gitna ng Daang Matuwid since we have done to consecrate ourselves to the IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY our Nation and People for the coming NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER FOR WORLD PEACE on September 12, 2013 for the PRESIDENT who is not yet showing his support since then to come in the Monastery of the Carmelite Sisters in Lipa City, Philippines is now a call to him to be HUMBLE SERVANT of the LORD JESUS that in all of these problems facing our country what we should focus of what we need is actually of how we will get the true message of the coming celebration on August 06, 2013 of the feast of OUR RISEN LORD TRANSFIGURATION into our lives either ordained or Non Ordained Ministries or other sects or religions. We have to teach our people in all walks of life as pastoral care inspite of many problems of how to overcome the fears, anxieties, poverty, immorality and even any kind of sins into our lives. The STATE OF NATION ADDRESSED today is just the way to expressed of the PRESIDENT of how we can overcome the material needs of our people as far as ECONOMY, EDUCATION or other programs of our government for a better is not enough to fulfilled his duties and responsibilities for it is insufficient as far as our own power is concerned. I urged to all our Filipino People and all different leaders either in politics or in MILF/CCP-NPA,ABUSYAF OR AL QUIADA and to other militant groups who will conduct their rallies today that what we need a truly deepening our needs focusing to ourselves and what we can do to truly make a NATION a BETTER NATION and it is what our beloved PRESIDENT NOYNOY is asking right now to all and calling our Filipino People to share our gifts of talent and be past for the improvement to become better people and to have a better NATION. Our dignity as children of God as pastoral care of how we will uplift that grace into our lives is what we need in helping one another. It is importance that Conscience must be informed and moral judgment enlightened. In the formation of conscience as pastoral care the WORD OF GOD is the light for our PATH of what happened in the Gospel today to the life of MARY MAGDALENE of the reason let us PRAY in preparations for three (3) years in order that the PROPHESY will truly be a dream come true of all Filipinos and of the WORLD as far as STATE & CHURCH LEADERS are concerned to proclaimed the RISEN JESUS in this new millennium of the 21st Century of the JUBILEE 2000. Let us pray and start to consecrate our hearts and be sanctified to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary since the NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER AND WORLD PEACE is coming as we are on this YEAR to become A HUMBLE SERVANTS of the RISEN LORD JESUS of Nazareth.
